MYR is the functional currency. All transactions are processed via verified Malaysian payment channels: FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay, and major banks. KYC verification is required before first withdrawal.

All transactions on the Sonitoto platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless you are depositing via cryptocurrency, in which case a fiat-equivalent value in MYR will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed until the balance exceeds the minimum limit.

Withdrawals are only available to Players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Sonitoto reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.
All bets placed on the Sonitoto platform — including sports markets covering EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other events — are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. These rules are available within the platform for each respective market.
A bet is only confirmed once the platform has acknowledged acceptance and a bet receipt or confirmation reference has been issued. Sonitoto reserves the right to refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to instances of suspected irregular betting patterns.
Live in-play bets are accepted subject to availability and real-time odds pricing. Sonitoto reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time during an event. Bets accepted prior to a market suspension will stand.
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned under the following circumstances:
Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. Specific limits are displayed within the relevant market on the platform. Sonitoto reserves the right to limit the winnings payable to any Player at its discretion.
All bonuses and promotions offered by Sonitoto are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Bonus funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal. Unless otherwise specified, all wagering requirements must be fulfilled using the bonus funds within the stated expiry period. Failure to meet wagering requirements before expiry will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
The Birthday Bonus is available to verified Players and is issued once per calendar year based on the date of birth registered during KYC verification. The bonus amount is determined by the Player's current VIP tier at the time of issuance. Tier-based amounts are: Bronze (MYR 188), Silver (MYR 388), Gold (MYR 888), VIP (MYR 2,688). Standard wagering requirements apply.
The Referral Programme allows verified Players to earn MYR 38 per successful referral. A referral is deemed successful when the referred individual completes registration, passes KYC verification, and makes their first qualifying deposit. Referral bonuses are subject to standard wagering requirements. Self-referrals, referrals using false identities, or any attempt to game the referral system will result in forfeiture of all referral earnings and account closure.
Players making deposits via supported cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC) are eligible for an automatic 2% bonus on the deposited amount, capped at MYR 688 per transaction. Standard wagering requirements apply. This bonus is subject to change or withdrawal at Sonitoto's discretion.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without prior written consent from Sonitoto.
The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by Sonitoto's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
Sonitoto collects personal data for purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and marketing communications (where you have provided explicit consent). We do not sell personal data to third parties. All data handling is conducted in accordance with applicable data protection principles.
Players may close their account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal of legitimate, verified funds will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
Sonitoto reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable international commercial law principles. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, Sonitoto and the Player shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.
Where direct negotiation fails, disputes may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English. Nothing in this clause prevents Sonitoto from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
For Malaysian players, this clause does not limit any statutory rights you may hold under applicable Malaysian consumer protection legislation.
